Formed in May 1981, Spring Valley is an unincorporated town and part of Las Vegas township in Clark County, Nevada. It is approximately 2 miles south of the Las Vegas Strip. The boundaries of Spring Valley is defined by Sahara Avenue on the north, Warm Springs on the south, Decatur Blvd on the east, and Hualapai Way on the West.
Pardee Homes developed the master-planned community known as Spring Valley after it purchased the land from Stardust International Raceway in the mid-70’s.
